Vietnamese Community Services Inc. (VCSI) is a community-based non-profit corporation.  It was incorporated in the State of Texas on September 2, 1988, and it was granted tax-exempt status as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code on August 9, 1991
